In conformance with Adams Zoning Bylaws and requirement of MGL c. 40A, the following public hearing will be held at the Town Hall, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA on Tuesday, January 10, 2012, 7:00 P.M.
Application of Lori Nye for property she owns located at 13 Enterprise Street, requesting a Special Permit under §125-4, “Special Permits,” and Article II §125-11, “Intensity of Use Schedule,” Adams Zoning Bylaw, for raising chickens in an R-4 District.
