To either of the Constables of the Town of Adams, in the County of Berkshire, in said Commonwealth:
GREETING:
In the name of the Commonwealth, you are hereby required to notify and warn the Inhabitants of said Town who are qualified to vote in elections to meet to vote at Precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 at Adams Highway Department Garage, 92 North Summer Street in said Adams, on MONDAY, THE SEVENTH DAY OF MAY, 2012 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the following purpose:
To cast their votes in the Town Election for the candidates for the following offices:
1 Moderator for a term of One Year
1 Town Clerk for a term of Three Years
2 Selectmen for a term of Three Years
1 Assessor for a term of Three Years
1 Board Of Health Member for a term of Three Years

1 Cemetery Commissioner for a term of Three Years
1 Redevelopment Authority Member for a term of Five Years

Committee Member for a term of Three Years
1 Adams Cheshire Regional School District
Committee Member – Adams Representative for a term of Three Years
