PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In conformance with Adams Zoning Bylaws and requirement of MGL c. 40A, the following public hearing will be held at the Town Hall, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at 7:00 P.M.
Application of Jeffrey & Eva Horton for property they own at 1 Country Club Extension, requesting a Variance under §125-3 (B) (2), Adams Zoning Bylaw, for a side lot line from twenty (20) feet to 12’ 6” and a front yard setback from thirty (30) feet to 18’ 6” to build an 8’ x 24’ porch to replace the existing porch in an R-3 District.
Application of Christopher Pompi for property he owns at 1 Kingsmont Lane, requesting a Variance under §125-3 (B) (2), Adams Zoning Bylaw, for a front yard setback from twenty (20) feet to eight (8) feet and a rear yard setback from twenty (20) feet to six (6) feet to place a 10’ x 12’ storage shed in an R-2/R-3 District.
Application of Gayle Andrews for property she owns at 8 Victory Street, requesting an administrative appeal of the Building Inspector’s decision with regards to grandfathering the housing of livestock (chickens) on her property in an R-4 District.
