Application of Primax Properties, LLC., for property owned by Khaled Maher & Galeb H. Maher, Trustees of the Boudargham Trust located on Columbia Street (Map 107 Parcel 94.B), requesting a Variance under §125-3 & §125-13 (H) (3-F), Adams Zoning Bylaw, to allow a reduction of driveway distances from 200’ to 170’ in a B-2 District.
