ADAMS CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing pursuant to M.G.L., c.131, §40, The Wetlands Protection Act, at Town Hall, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA at 7:00 P.M. on February 23, 2012 to  act on the following:
  • CALL TO ORDER
  • APPROVAL OF MINUTES – The minutes of November 17, 2012 need approval.
  • REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION filed by the Massachusetts Broadband Institute for the proposed extension of fiber optic cable through the Town of Adams on existing utility lines.  The applicant is asking the Commission to determine if the work proposed is subject to the Wetland Protection Act.
  • REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION filed by the Adams Trucking Company Inc. for the property owned by applicant Jackie Fowler located at 169 West Road.  Proposed is work is to repair hole in driveway.
  • REQUEST FOR DETERMINATION filed by applicant David Morin for property located on Orchard Street.  Proposed is the connection to an existing sanitary manhole in Adams for a proposed single family home located at 14 Savoy Road in Cheshire.
