Continuance of application of Primax Properties, LLC., for property owned by Khaled Maher & Galeb Maher, Trustees of the Boudargham Trust located on Columbia Street (Map 107 Parcel 94.B), requesting a Variance under §125-3 & §125-15 (F) (4) (B), Adams Zoning Bylaw, for a 150 square foot sign to be placed on a retail building in a B-2 District.

OLD BUSINESS/NEW BUSINESS: The Zoning Board of Appeals has received a request from the Building Inspector to review the Special Permit granted to Lori Nye of 13 Enterprise Street in regards to raising chickens on her property.
