In conformance with the Adams Zoning Bylaws and the requirements of Massachusetts General Law chapter 40A, you are hereby notified that the Adams Planning Board at the Town Hall, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA will hold the following public meeting on Monday, March 26, 2012 at 7:30 P.M.
Application of PCA Systems Corporation, for “Site Plan Approval” under §125-19, of the Adams Zoning Bylaw for property owned by the Holland Company, Inc. located at 155 Howland Avenue. The request is for the construction of a 68’ x 140’ addition to an existing building in an (I) Industrial District.
Application of Primax Properties, LLC., for “Site Plan Approval” under §125-19 of the Adams Zoning Bylaw, for property located on Columbia Street, (Map 107 Parcel 94.B), owned by Khaled Maher & Galeb H. Maher, Trustees of the Boudargham Trust. The request is for the construction of a 9100 square foot retail store in a B-2 District.
