NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ADAMS CONSERVATION COMMISSION
March 16, 2012

The Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing pursuant to M.G.L., c.131, §40, The Wetlands Protection Act, at Town Hall, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA at 7:00 P.M. on March 22, 2012 to act on the following:
- CALL TO ORDER
- APPROVAL OF MINUTES – The minutes of November 17, 2011, January 26, 2012 and February 23, 2012 need approval.
- CONTINUTATION OF AN ABBRIEVIED NOTTICE OF RESOURCE DELINEATION (ANRAD) filed by Specialty Minerals, Inc. The filing is to confirm as accurate the depicted resource area boundaries as referenced in the ANRAD.
OTHER BUSINESS:
123 Walling Road lot possible issues This area (Map Lots 34B and 34C) were a subdivision in the past and the Chairman wishes to discuss this with the commission and the connected building lot facing East Road.
16 East Road Map 233 Lot 58.5. Mrs. Hartley has spoken to the Chairman regarding the wet area in her back yard and what she can do there. The Chairman conducted a site visit on March 15, 2012.
