PUBLIC HEARING
ADAMS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

In conformance with Adams Zoning Bylaws and requirement of MGL c. 40A, the following public hearing will be held at the Town Hall, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 7:00 P.M.

Application of John Richardson, for property he owns at 8 Meadow Lane, requesting a Special Permit under §125-4 of the Adams Zoning Bylaw, for a reduction of a rear lot line from twenty (20) feet to ten (10) feet to erect an above ground pool in an R-3 District.

Application of Dana and Ronald Zagata, for property they own at 62 Willow Street, requesting a Variance under §125-13 (3)(C) of the Zoning Bylaw, to allow a second curb cut in an R-3 District.

Application of Dawn Karo and Craig Kuza, for property owned by William Lemanski at 7 Ruel Street, requesting a Special Permit under §125-4 and §125-11, (Intensity of Use Schedule) of the Zoning Bylaw, to allow raising three (3) chickens in an R-4 District.
