This is to inform you that the Adams Board of Health will hold a Regular Business Meeting at the Town Hall, First Floor, Front Entrance, 8 Park Street, Adams, Massachusetts at 4:00 P.M. on May 2, 2012  to discuss the following business:

CALL TO ORDER:  

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:  The minutes of March 7, 2012 need approval.

CURRENT CASES:   
  • 17 Bellevue Avenue – owner Ransford’s
  • 2-8 Brown Street – owner Gaylord
  • 1 Edmond Street, Apt., owner Harold Crews
  • 7 Hathaway Street – owner Powell-Schofield
  • 3 Myrtle Street – owner Sommer
  • 11 Quaker Street – owner Cyrulik
  • 1 Quality Street, 2nd floor – owner Carpenter
  • 64-68 Spring Street, trash – owner Poirier
  • 92 Summer Street, Albert’s Hardware property
  • 8 Valley Street – owner Ciuk
  • 13 Weber Street – owner Haven
CURRENT COMPLAINTS:
  • 47-49 Summer Street had a complaint of appliances out front but they have been removed.
  • Ticket issued for yard at 12 Appremont Street owned by Greg Nowicki.
  • 8 Valley Street had a complaint of a large animal coming and going from foundation of house.  Hole is going to be boarded up shortly.
  • Mr. Nick Augello complained about the rocks put at edge of driveway at 16 East Hoosac Street.
  • Complaint of trash on sidewalk at 12 Randall Street; unfounded upon inspection
OTHER BUSINESS:
Code Enforcement Officer Scott Koczela would like to discuss door hanger signs.
The Board must vote for a new Chairman and Vice Chairman at this meeting.
Chee’s Restaurant has been invited to discuss recent food inspections
