PUBLIC HEARING
ADAMS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
In conformance with Adams Zoning Bylaws and requirement of MGL c. 40A, the following public hearing will be held at the Town Hall, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at 7:00 P.M.
Application of Thomas and Tammy Boudreau, for property they own at 2 Davis Street, requesting a Variance under §125-3, of the Adams Zoning Bylaw, for a front yard reduction from thirty (30) feet to fourteen (14) feet to build a 6’ x 16’ enclosed porch in an R-3 District.
Application of Beatrice and Scott Rozon, for property they own at 13 Summer Street, requesting a Special Permit under §125-7 of the Zoning Bylaw, to alter and extend a preexisting nonconforming attached garage in an R-4 District.
Application of Marcia Graves , for property she owns at 1 Simon Avenue, requesting a Special Permit under §125-7, of the Zoning Bylaw, to build a 15’ x 24’ deck on a preexisting nonconforming dwelling in an R-3 District.
