The Capital Improvement Planning Committee studies all proposed capital projects and improvements involving major tangible assets and projects. The Committee takes into account the relative need, impact, timing, cost and funding methodology of these expenditures, and the effect each will have on the financial position of the Town. The Committee serves in an advisory capacity to the Town Administrator and Board of Selectmen, and is appointed by the Town Administrator.
