Zoning Board meetings are scheduled on the second Tuesday night of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall. Only three applications for hearing before the board are scheduled for any one meeting.

The Zoning Board consists of eight members (5 permanent, 3 associate) appointed by the board of selectmen for a three year term.

The purpose of the Zoning Bylaw is to promote the health, safety, convenience, morals and welfare of the Town of Adams as authorized by the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Chapter 40A and any amendment.
